Procedure
Shirodhara
is carried out with the help of a special vessel which pours the medicine, drop by drop about 4-5 inches above the forehead. A band is tied on the forehead at the level of the eyebrows, so as to restrict the medicine to flow into the eyes. The eyes are covered with cotton pads soaked in rosewater. The medicine is then is poured on the forehead drop by drop and at the same time the oil is slowly massaged into the scalp.Diet
